Finally a service company you can trust! Jimmy is running a great company. Jimmy and all of his crew(Brendan, Matt & Joe) did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with my old HVAC system (which was missed by my previous AC company). They installed a new unit with great speed, care and cleanliness. Megan in the front office was very pleasant and thorough with providing the quote, scheduling and follow up. I one hundred percent recommend J. Donovan AC for AC/Heating needs.

This was my first time using this company and they were exceptional! We called and got an appointment the next day to diagnose the issue. The technician Matt arrived right on time of the appointment window, also gave communication about 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, as well as explained everything. On the day of repair I had the same great experience. The company has great communication, very flexible with scheduling, and very speedy at having your HVAC up and running. Very pleased customer. Will recommend and continue to use for all of our future HVAC needs.

Needed to replace our HVAC system at our home. Friends recommended J. Donovan to us and we are so happy we went with them. Jimmy and his team were honest and hard working. Our current system needed a lot of work and the team was there all day and they even stayed until it got dark to make sure the job got done. Cannot recommend J. Donovan AC enough.

Hands-down, the best AC company in Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine area! I’ve tried numerous different AC companies and most cannot even diagnose the problem. However, Jimmy Donovan and his team are incredible! They’re extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working!

I had my HVAC system replaced today. Very happy with the job. They showed up on time at 8:30 am and completed the job by 3:30 pm. They took no breaks. The technician very skilled and courteous.Cost for the job was very reasonable.. It is a 3 ton high efficiency air handler and a 2.5 ton heat pump condenser by Comfortmaker.

J DONOVAN AC was amazing. They came right out when I called during the hot summer and was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. Great service and great prices that you can only get from a true family run business! I highly recommend them.

J Donovan’s team replaced our system just as they said in: time (arrival and finish), cost and function. And just like in backpacking they left no trace. Everything clean and back as they found it. Appreciate them doing the job without upselling or pressure to clean the ducts or to service the other system. A relief. Honest group.
